Agencies may request correction of factual profile data such as website, location, services, team information, pricing data or other company information. SEOExperts may require reliable supporting evidence.
An agency may identify factual data it believes was materially incorrect or incomplete during a ranking cycle. SEOExperts will consider substantiated issues under the methodology applicable to that cycle. A disagreement with editorial judgment, methodology, weighting or comparative score does not by itself establish a factual error.
SEOExperts does not lower an organic ranking because an agency declines sponsorship, software, advertising or other paid services. SEOExperts does not accept payment for a factual correction or higher organic ranking.
SEOExperts may preserve historical ranking snapshots. When a material factual error is confirmed, SEOExperts may annotate the historical record or correct related data rather than silently rewriting ranking history.
