Effective October 2026
SEOExperts uses multiple sources to research agency profiles and rankings. This policy describes how source information should be treated to reduce confusion regarding ownership, endorsement, verification and data freshness.
A historical verification label originating with another platform remains that platform’s label. SEOExperts does not convert it into SEOExperts verification. Where such a label is relevant and retained, its source should be identified and the information should be treated as time-sensitive.
Reference to a third-party data source, marketplace, directory or verification program does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless an actual relationship is expressly disclosed.
SEOExperts should not republish substantial third-party editorial descriptions merely because the underlying company facts are useful. Public profile copy should be independently written from permitted facts, agency submissions and SEOExperts research, subject to applicable copyright, contract and database-use restrictions.
Agency marks should be sourced from the agency, its official public materials, or another lawful source and displayed nominatively to identify the business. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Material business facts should carry a review or source date where practical. SEOExperts may refresh, remove or qualify information that is stale, disputed or insufficiently supported.
