This Privacy Policy explains how SEOExperts collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with its website, rankings, agency profiles, submissions, outreach, accounts, analytics and software services.
Information may come directly from users and agencies, from publicly accessible business websites and records, from licensed or permitted third-party sources, from service providers, from connected services authorized by users, and from SEOExperts’ own research and platform activity.
SEOExperts may display business information appropriate for a public agency profile. Outreach email addresses and internal contact records collected for business communications are not automatically published as part of a public profile. We maintain separate internal controls for private outreach/contact data.
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate hosting, analytics, security, communications, payments, support and integrations; to professional advisers; in connection with a corporate transaction; to comply with legal process; or with user direction or consent. We may also publish business-profile information and ranking information as described in the Services.
SEOExperts does not represent private outreach email databases as public directory content.
SEOExperts does not intend to sell private contact data as a standalone data-broker product. If our practices later constitute “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under an applicable U.S. state privacy law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms, including recognition of legally required universal opt-out signals where applicable.
SEOExperts may use necessary, analytics, preference and security technologies. Additional advertising or cross-context behavioral technologies, if introduced, will be addressed through applicable notices and choices.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including ranking history, security, contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance purposes. Retention periods vary by data type and business need.

SEOExperts may contact publicly listed business addresses or agency representatives regarding profiles, corrections, ranking consideration, sponsorship or products. Commercial email practices are subject to applicable law and internal suppression records. Recipients may opt out of future promotional email using the method provided in the message.
The Services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.
SEOExperts is focused on the U.S. agency market, but users may access the Services from other jurisdictions. Additional local privacy requirements may apply depending on the user and processing context.
We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
